While we do offer several variations of The Original Stick™ each one is a little different and you might be wondering "Which stick is right for me?".
This depends on a number of factors but here are the main points to consider when purchasing one of our massage sticks.

We try and ship all orders same-day that are placed by 12 PM EST. If you order has already shipped we can help with a return and/or exchange.

Yes! We have partnered with TrueMed! The process is simple: Click the "Get pre-qualified" link on the product detail page and answer the three (3) questions. Final qualification is based on evaluation and approval from a licensed provider.
Once approved, add the item(s) to your cart and navigate to the check out page. Below the payment details (where you enter your credit card information), you can choose to pay with TrueMed - Pay with HSA/FSA.
Customers have the option of purchasing shipping protection at check out. If a package is lost, damaged, or stolen, the customer can quickly receive a replacement or refund.
Is ShipTection required? No, you have the option of toggling shipping insurance off in your cart.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
We generally process and ship orders the same day and at most within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday). Cut off time for same day processing is 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
Transit times generally range from 5-9 days depending on your location. Delays are subject but not limited to, holidays, weather, a pandemic, and carrier related delays. Transit time does not include processing and handling.
Any provided shipping times are estimates only and actual delivery dates may vary.
Yes, products have been integrated with our international shipping rates. Enter your shipping details into the checkout to view the rates. Shipping costs include insurance, but any import duties and customs fees are 100% the buyer’s responsibility. We are unable to refund or offer credit on any import duties and customs fees. We also cannot provide estimates on any applicable import duties and custom fees.
Failure to accept and pay for import duties and customs fees will result in the item(s) being returned to our warehouse. Returns can take up to 45 days. Once the item(s) is received we will process the refund, minus the outbound shipping, return shipping, insurance costs plus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and insurance are non-refundable.
All international Shipments are shipped via USPS First Class International (10-20 business days), USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days). or through FedEx International (5-10 business days).

Yes, we do! We ship to APO addresses through USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Please let us know if USPS is denying shipment to your APO address and we will look into a solution for you.
For U.S. customers, product(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Product(s) must be in new, sellable condition along with original packaging. If products are returned in used or damaged condition, a partial refund will be applied to reflect the damage and condition of the product(s). All items are thoroughly inspected on return. Please note refunds can take up to seven (7) days of receipt of the returned product(s). In most cases, your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Original shipping charges incurred on your purchase are not refundable as part of your return or exchange.
For non-U.S. customers, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for the cost of your return.
Exchanges must be requested WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. Please note exchanges can take up to seven (7) days of receipt of the exchange product(s).

We are a small and dedicated brand. We truly want to do our best by our customers and supporters but unfortunately, we're not in the position to absorb the total cost for return shipping and restocking fees. We appreciate your understanding.
